Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Allentown PA is seeking a results-driven in-home sales closer to deliver roofing, siding, windows and more for pre-qualified homeowners. You'll meet 8-12 homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a hybrid schedule with strong earning potential; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
