Keyes Lexus of Valencia is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to guide customers through vehicle purchases and leases, delivering exceptional service from first contact to delivery.

You will conduct vehicle presentations, respond to leads, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth within the Lithia family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities are expected.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
