Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a high-energy Wireless Sales Representative to engage customers, demonstrate devices, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn our technology inside out and become the go-to expert for wireless solutions and service plans.

The role emphasizes customer service, product demonstrations, and meeting sales goals, with opportunities for advancement within a growing organization and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 yrs old.
• Some retail customer service experience.
• Works well with others in a competitive, friendly, team environment.
• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime.
• Desired qualifications: 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services
• Customer outreach
• Maintain proper store operations
