AlphaGraphics in San Antonio is looking for highly motivated sales representatives to sell wide format/sign printing, business cards, graphic design, and marketing solutions to customers. This role entails creating new sales leads and ensuring a smooth sales process through field visits to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication skills, and a persistent approach to securing new clients. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required for this outside sales position.

Job Description

Seeking highly motivated representatives to sell wide format/sign printing, business cards, graphic design, and marketing to customers. Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will create new sales leads through business directories and client referrals. The focus is on outside sales involving field visits to clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills: The customer is key to your success. You will need to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listen to their needs and help communicate options.
• Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
• Persistence: AlphaGraphics expects 5-12 contacts while pursuing a new client. Following up initial contacts will be a daily task.
• Self‑motivation: This job requires someone who can make their own schedule and keep deadlines without direct supervision. Must be willing to make own contacts and research new possible clients.
