Job summary
Home Genius Exteriors in Delaware is seeking a motivated Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend roofing, siding, windows, and more, and close high-ticket sales.
This role offers uncapped commissions with potential six-figure earnings. Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+.

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Delaware
As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- No cold calling – all appointments are pre-qualified by our call center
