Job summary

DaBella in Utah is seeking driven sales reps to ride current momentum. You will work with warm leads, close sales, and build a six-figure summer through uncapped bonuses.

You’ll uncover customer needs, pitch home-improvement solutions the same day, and enjoy rapid career growth via our Sales Manager and GM in Training programs, with ongoing mentorship.

Training pays $1,750; first-year earnings target $70k–$90k; top earners $150k+. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid over 12 weeks after training.

• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)

The Role-

The Pay-

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Top performers earn $150k+ annually
• Unparalleled and unlimited income potential - expect rewards that match your dedication.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.

• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
