Job summary

DaBella is seeking driven sales reps in Minnesota to convert warm leads into sales for home-improvement projects. You will uncover customer needs, present same-day solutions, and take full ownership of your earnings through uncapped bonuses.

Training pays $1,750 with strong opportunities for rapid advancement. Earned compensation ranges from $70k–$90k in the first year, with top performers reaching $150k+ annually; a $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid over 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Spanish bilingual a plus (not required).

The Role-

• WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
• Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
• Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
• Ongoing mentorship from leadership – unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.

The Pay-

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Top performers earn $150k+ annually
• Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks . This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
