Job summary

DaBella is seeking motivated sales reps in Salt Lake City to leverage warm leads and close deals on home-improvement solutions. You will uncover customer needs, pitch same-day solutions, and own your income with uncapped bonus opportunities.

Training pays $1,750 during the initial period, with first-year earnings projected between $70,000 and $90,000 and top performers reaching $150k+ annually. You will receive mentorship from leadership and participate in fast-track growth programs with sales

Qualifications

• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)

The Role-

• WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
• Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
• Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
• Ongoing mentorship from leadership – unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.

The Pay-

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Top performers earn $150k+ annually
• Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks . This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
