Responsabilidades

• Prospect & develop new customers via calls, emails, and networking.
• Field inbound commercial HVAC project & maintenance requests and develop new business in Atlanta territory.
• Build and manage relationships with building owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial/industrial customers.
• Perform site walkthroughs and assess rooftop units, chillers, and mechanical systems to determine needs.
• Develop formal project proposals for commercial and industrial projects.
• Sell maintenance, replacement, retrofit, modification, and upgrade projects.
• Serve as liaison between customers and project managers during sales and handoff.

Project/Maintenance Sales Representative - Willis Mechanical Inc. Commercial & Industrial HVAC Service Company – Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped commission structure – Atlanta, GA

Willis Mechanical Inc., a thriving, growing HVAC/R & plumbing mechanical service company, has an immediate need for a Project & Maintenance Sales Representative in the Atlanta, GA area. This position focuses on commercial HVAC/R & Plumbing preventive maintenance sales, including replacement, retrofit, and system modification opportunities for building owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & develop new customers with phone calls, drop-ins, emails, connection requests, networking, & attending industry events
• Field inbound commercial HVAC project & maintenance requests and develop new business throughout the Atlanta territory
• Build and manage relationships with building owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial and industrial customers
• Perform site walkthroughs and physical assessments of rooftop units, chillers, etc., to evaluate client needs
• Assist in the evaluation of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems and components to determine modification, retrofit, or replacement needs
• Develop formal project proposals for commercial and industrial projects
• Sell maintenance, replacement, retrofit, modification, and upgrade projects
• Serve as the liaison between customers and project managers throughout the sales and project handoff process
• Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within a CRM system

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of proven successful sales experience
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or scopes for commercial HVAC projects
• Working knowledge and experience of CRM systems
• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, service, repair, replacement, retrofit, and mechanical systems is a plus
• Professional demeanor, including excellent interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of being organized, efficient, and able to multitask
