Your day to day would be knocking doors within our network radius. This would be commission only in very hot markets where homeowners are in desperate need of a better provider. We have a great reputation with 4.8 star Google reviews.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $125K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
