Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents at a high level.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor trades and pricing structures.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret drawings and specs.
• Lead quantity takeoffs across CSI divisions.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates.
• Analyze scope, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Solicit and level subcontractor bids.

Senior Construction Estimator / Sales Representative

Position Overview The Senior Construction Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating process for residential construction projects. This role plays a critical part in project planning, cost control, and overall company profitability by producing accurate, competitive, and well-analyzed estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications
• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs across all CSI divisions
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates
• Analyze project scope, risks, constructability challenges, and cost-saving opportunities
