Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking a Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions, run pre-set appointments, and close projects in-home. You will work with a Sales Manager, receive coaching, and attend weekly meetings to sharpen your skills.

You will enjoy a 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings and on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually. Training is provided, and a company iPad is supplied for demos and on-site estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to homeowners or field sales preferred.
• Ability to educate customers on roofing solutions and close deals on-site.
• Strong communication and resilience in a commission-based role.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same‑day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
