Job summary

PLAN T INC, a Florida bubble tea ingredient supplier, seeks a motivated team member to develop new customers and support daily customer service tasks. The role includes assisting with morning shipping and order preparation, while maintaining professional communication with customers and teammates.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, responsible, and eager to learn beverage products. Spanish-speaking applicants are a plus, with growth opportunities and training available within a supportive work

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for customer visits.
• Able and willing to lift heavy products when necessary.
• Interest in learning beverage products and bubble tea preparation.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

This position primarily focuses on developing new customers while also supporting daily and supporting daily customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $2,560/month
• Earn additional bonuses for developing new customers each month.
• Potential mid-year and year-end bonuses based on company performance.

Schedule

• 5 working days per week (09:00am -05:00 pm)
