Job summary

Crater Lake Ford in Medford, OR is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help customers find the right vehicle and build lasting relationships. You will greet customers, present products, and accompany demonstrations, while logging contact details into our CRM system.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with base and incentives, plus a $3,500 guarantee for the first 90 days. A driver’s license and a customer-focused attitude are a must for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in automotive dealerships.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to guide customers to find the right vehicle.
• Knowledge of product features and industry to inform customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Provide product demonstrations and pricing information.
• Gather customer contact and interest details and enter them into the CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments and drive test drives as needed.
