Job summary

Fully Promoted Long Beach is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to build our Long Beach territory from the ground up. You will prospect business owners and decision-makers across Long Beach and Signal Hill, selling branded apparel, promotional products, signage, and marketing solutions.

This is a first sales hire with a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 plus uncapped commission. Expect field‑level prospecting, relationship building, quotes, closing deals, and growing accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B, outside, territory, or business development sales experience.
• A self-motivated sales hunter who enjoys opening new accounts, building a territory from scratch, and managing their own time.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, and in-person visits.
• Strong communication and follow-up.
• Reliable transportation; promotional products, apparel, or printing experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined local territory across Long Beach and Signal Hill, targeting businesses in aerospace and manufacturing, port and logistics, healthcare, education, construction and trades, professional services and finance, hospitality, nonprofits, and sports organizations.
• Prospect through phone, email, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Understand each customer's needs and goals, then recommend the right apparel, products, signage, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals.
• Track your pipeline in our CRM.
• Stay connected after the sale, turning first orders into repeat business, larger accounts, and referrals.

Be our first sales hire. Fully Promoted Long Beach is a brand-new local branch of a global brand with 300 locations in 13 countries. We're building our client base from scratch and need someone to get us in front of business owners and decision-makers across Long Beach and Signal Hill.
