Fully Promoted Long Beach, a local franchise of a global brand, seeks a B2B Sales Representative to build our Long Beach territory from the ground up. You will prospect, meet business owners, and close deals across Long Beach and Signal Hill.

We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with flexible work-from-home options and no degree required. Bring 1+ year of outbound B2B sales experience and a self-motivated hunter mindset to win new clients and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B, outside, territory, or business development sales experience.
• Self-motivated sales hunter who enjoys opening new accounts and building a territory from scratch.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, and in-person visits.
• Promotional products, apparel, or printing experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined local territory across Long Beach and Signal Hill, targeting businesses across multiple sectors.
• Prospect through phone, email, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend apparel, products, signage, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare quotes, follow up, and close deals.
• Track pipeline in the CRM.
• Stay connected after the sale to generate repeat orders and referrals.

B2B Sales Representative: Build Our Long Beach Territory From the Ground Up

Fully Promoted Long Beach is a brand-new local branch of a global brand with 300 locations in 13 countries. We're building our client base from scratch and need someone to get us in front of business owners and decision-makers across Long Beach and Signal Hill.

What You’ll Do

• Own a defined local territory across Long Beach and Signal Hill, targeting businesses in aerospace and manufacturing, port and logistics, healthcare, education, construction and trades, professional services and finance, hospitality, nonprofits, and sports organizations
• Prospect through phone, email, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
• Build relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Understand each customer’s needs and goals, then recommend the right apparel, products, signage, and marketing solutions
• Prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Track your pipeline in our CRM
• Stay connected after the sale, turning first orders into repeat business, larger accounts, and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation

$40,000 – $45,000 base (based on experience) + uncapped commission

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.
