Job summary

Sleep Number is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers find the right Sleep Number bed and explain current promotions. You’ll deliver personalized service in a showroom and contribute to a memorable store experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Base pay is $18.50/hour with uncapped commissions and bonus potential.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Most team members earn a salary of $48,000-$63,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed base pay of $18.50/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
