Job summary

Hiregy is seeking a Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Orlando, FL. You will manage an existing client base, drive new business, and support pricing and project coordination with operations. This role requires strong communication and field presence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, an associate degree, and will travel locally. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions, with a total around $60k and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals; spend ~50% of time in the field with customers and at events
• Prospect daily for new clients; maintain a strong sales pipeline and participate in networking events
• Onboard clients; maintain records and support pricing, job status, and inventory follow-ups
• Prepare and secure approval for job quotes; monitor AR and escrow balances; follow up with clients
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure efficient project execution and represent the company at trade shows

Sales Representative

Location: Orlando, FL 32824 - This position is onsite

Pay: $45,000 yearly plus commission
Typical first year commission earnings: $15,000 year 1 and will increase

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings.
• New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
• Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.
