What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers by marketing products, commodities, and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted product/service introductions and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Serve as a key contact for customers and suppliers—resolving issues, answering inquiries, and offering expert guidance.
  • Investigate and manage customer complaints related to product quality, specs, and delivery; coordinate inspections and determine best resolution strategies.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution to meet legal and customer requirements; ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and manage inventory levels, movements, and account balances to ensure timely invoicing and payments.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working with service centers in the steel/metals industry.
  • Strong understanding of steel specs, sourcing, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 7+ years of relevant experience.

This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
