Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Uxbridge is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to grow our commercial and residential client base. The role emphasizes direct outreach, subcontractor networking, and on-site estimate preparation.

You will work with flexible hours, enjoy on-the-job training, and have the opportunity for commission and bonuses. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

• Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies.

• Acquire new residential customers through subcontracting from maid services.
• Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on-site.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales efforts.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet.

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
