Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a friendly, self-motivated sales professional to grow our commercial and residential customer base. You will develop leads, conduct on-site estimates, and close sales with integrity.

This role offers on-the-job training, flexible hours, and commission/bonus opportunities, with no nights or weekends required. Occasional travel between jobs and a valid driver's license are expected. Join a growing team in Cedar Falls.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
• Acquire new commercial customers via subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance, and property management firms.
• Develop residential customer base through referrals from commercial clients.
• Acquire new residential customers via subcontracting from maid services.
• Grow customer base through personal networking and community groups.
• Follow up on leads with written estimates and on-site visits for closures.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories.
