Job summary

Drive N-Motion in Greeley, CO is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our car dealership. You’ll guide customers through the car-buying journey, tailor the experience to individual needs, and help them find the right vehicle with enthusiasm.

This role offers an uncapped pay plan with a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000+ per year, depending on sales. Typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off in the week and Sunday.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of sales experience

• A valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the car-buying journey and tailor the experience to individual needs
• Engage customers to discuss pre-owned vehicle and finance options
• Commit to becoming automotive sales experts and gain broad knowledge of vehicle makes, models and brands
• Test drive a wide variety of vehicles
• Prepare quotes and present/explain financing options for used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers via email, voicemail, or text messages
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Sales, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily ( "people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Saturdays and some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, and DMV screen
• 1 year's worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred

Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss pre-owned vehicle and finance options

• Sales Consultants commit to becoming automotive sales experts and gain a wide knowledge of multiple vehicle makes, models and brands.

• Sales Consultants test drive a wide variety of awesome vehicles

• Complete quotes and present & explain financing options for used vehicles, while developing and honing top-notch negotiation skills

• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail / text messages
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referral leads
