Lawn Doctor of Savannah & Beaufort County is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves communicating with customers and staying organized while helping homeowners improve the health and appearance of their lawns.

You will make outbound calls to promote fertilization, weed control, mosquito and pest control, aeration and more, update CRM records, handle incoming calls, follow up with leads, and guide customers through the

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or phone-based sales.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
• Able to multitask efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Experience with lawn care or service industry a plus, but not required—training provided.
