Responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining services, maintaining CRM data, handling inbound calls, following up on leads, and coordinating with operations for seamless onboarding. Training is provided; competitive pay with commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or phone-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote lawn care services.

• Maintain and update new customer contact lists and CRM records.
• Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with leads, schedule evaluations and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams for onboarding.
