What the In-Home Sales Consultant Does:

1. Travel to and attend pre-scheduled appointments within a 30–75-mile radius of your home.
2. Close sales by providing the ultimate in-home sales customer experience.
3. Follow up with unsold prospects.
4. Attend monthly sales meetings.

What We Are Looking For:

1. A persuasive communicator and a passion for helping others.

3. Open to working 8 am – 8 pm weekdays and some Saturdays.
4. An entrepreneurial spirit willing to take charge of your own earnings.
5. Must possess a strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be independently driven.
6. Most importantly, we are looking for superstar In-Home Consultants that can stay focused on the win, always have the customer’s interests 1st, and close deals on the 1st visit.

*Based on individual sales performance during the first 30 days after the first independent sales appointment.

50Floor Outside Sales Representatives are Independent Contractors, whose earnings are commission and bonuses based on individual performance only with uncapped, unlimited earning potential.
