As a Sales Representative (Design Consultant), you guide customers in selecting flooring solutions, leveraging pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing efforts. You will travel for in-home consultations, upsell effectively, and collaborate with leadership to optimize selling processes while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Excellent communication and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to excel.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.

There is no need for cold calling or building a clientele; 50Floor provides a steady stream of highly qualified leads through robust marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
