Our Agency helps clients in the Somerset and the surrounding areas with Companion Care to Personal care services. A few examples: light housekeeping, medication reminder, meal preparation, shopping, accompany to/from appointments, bathing, toileting and many more from a few hours to 24/7 live-in.

We are seeking a Sales Representative who is familiar with the Health Care industry and could work with referrals from sources such as Hospitals, Rehab Facilities, Nursing Homes, 55+ Communities, Doctors' Offices, Veteran Services, etc.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible to generate sales, make cold calls, network, build relationships with prospects, meet with, and sell to key decision-makers. The position has a wide range of duties including:

• Be knowledgeable of our services and products and be able to answer related questions
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed the monthly sales goals
• Identify prospective clients, generate and convert leads
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Manage day to day sales efforts
• Emphasize the features of our services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Other duties as assigned
