OK Tire Store, Inc. in Fargo, ND is hiring a Sales Representative to greet customers in person and over the phone, identify needs, and drive profitable sales. This role blends inside and outside duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and offers an employee-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales, service writing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable adapting to new strategies and sales approaches.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities
