Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales, service writing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable adapting to new strategies and sales approaches.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Contact customers to generate sales and increase profitability.
• Complete sales call reports and track customer interactions.
• Support outside sales efforts and promote company products.
