OK Tire Store, Inc. in Dickinson, ND is hiring a Tire Technician to service a wide range of tires, keep customers safe, and support a fast-paced shop.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers hands-on work, competitive base pay of $19 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a culture of teamwork in an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and handle heavy tires.
• Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable, team-oriented, safety-focused.
• Willingness to learn and take directions.
• Basic reading and English communication skills.
• Previous tire or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Work on passenger and commercial tires.
• Operate tire machines and balancing equipment.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Set proper air pressure and torque lug nuts to specifications.
• Provide fast, reliable service to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
