Job summary

Northwest Tire in Brandon, SD is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our tire and service business across the upper Midwest. You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new accounts with a focus on meeting sales targets.

We provide a company vehicle for your sales route, competitive pay with commission, and a path for advancement. Training is available, and willingness to train the right person is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Represent Northwest Tire in the Brandon area and drive sales.

OUTSIDE SALES REP

SALARY Plus Commission - Work hard make money!

Northwest Tire is a local regionally owned company who has been in business for over 45 years with experience in the automotive, commercial, and wholesale tires, and repair work. We have 25 locations serving the upper Midwest.

We are now hiring positions in passenger & light truck tires, commercial and truck & farm tires and in wholesale distribution. Tires are not our only specialty. We do general automotive & light truck repairs such as tire rotation, tire purchasing, oil & lube services, general repair on commercial medium trucks such as brakes, alignments, farm service calls, wheels, and rims. We have a wholesale division as well.

We employee over 300 employees.

Business Centers

• Retail Commercial centers (Automotive and Light Trucks)
• Commercial Truck and Farm Centers (Implement and Off the road tires – OTR)
• Wholesale distribution warehouses
• Bagand Retread Truck Tire manufacturing centers

Applicant will be responsible for performing general maintenance including tire repair, tire rotation, tire mounting/dismounting, changing fluids as well as general shop duties assigned.

Experience preferred, but not necessary, we will train.

• Most jobs are rotating Saturdays, No Sundays. Hours of operation may vary but are generally 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Qualifications

Applicant must be good at communicating, have a strong desire to succeed and work independently.

Candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships with existing and new customers.

Northwest Tire provides automotive, medium truck and on the farm tire services.

We sell many brands and sizes.

Northwest Tire will supply a company vehicle for your sales route.

Sales experience and strong organizational skills are a plus. Must have some computer skills.
