Job summary

OK Tire Store, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Bismarck, ND to greet customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend products and services to grow the business.

This role blends inside and outside sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with employee ownership and opportunities to build long-term customer relationships while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales, service writing, or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable adapting to new strategies and sales approaches.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Contact customers to generate sales and increase profitability
• Complete sales call reports and track customer interactions
• Support outside sales efforts and promote company products

• Follow all company procedures and maintain accurate documentation
