Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level sales representatives to build a career with an industry leader, offering an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission.

You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery through a paid, hands-on training program. No experience is necessary, and relocation options may be available.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
