Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in Nashville to build a career with an industry leader. You will gain six-figure earning potential after time, through uncapped commissions, with six-figure-average outcomes for top performers.

A paid, hands-on formal training program in sales and logistics is provided, with opportunities to advance rapidly. Roles involve negotiating freight deals, managing shipments from pickup to delivery, and building relationships

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and meet sales metrics for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

What you'll do:
