Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative at our Richmond, VA location. No experience is required; you will join a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics while building relationships, negotiating freight deals, and managing shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, develop negotiation skills, and work 100% in-office in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
