Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a sales professional to drive occupancy and cultivate a viable resident pipeline. You will execute the quarterly and annual marketing plans and meet individual and department targets under the Sales Director's guidance.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or real estate, with leadership experience preferred, and strong proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This position is accountable for providing sales outcome while maintaining optimum occupancy and a viable future resident list of prospective residents.
At the direction of the Sales Director, this position will focus on sales activity required for effective implementation of the quarterly and annual targets, community marketing plan and achievement of individual and department goals.
This position reports directly to the Sales Director. This position respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, and co-workers, and maintains a positive customer service relationship practicing honesty and integrity in all aspects of job performance.

Compensation Pay Range:
$58,972.00 - $81,178.00 per year
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $58,972.00 - $81,178.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
