Understanding of business-to-consumer sales as well as business-to-business referral development. The person must be tactful and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English), and be able to communicate effectively with administration, staff, residents, referral sources, and others with whom this position has contact. This individual should be self‑motivated and creative, possessing a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to the public pleasantly and professionally. Knowledge of sales and business development concepts and an understanding of the senior living lifestyle is necessary. Understanding and knowledge of the concept of continuing care retirement community is a plus. Must be comfortable working in and representing a Covenant Living, faith‑based senior living community. Able to represent the values of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Pay Range: $86,300.00 - $121,250.00 per year.
