Job Overview

Sales Representative – Columbia, TN – Pay Rate: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour – Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties

You’ll talk with customers, back up the sales team, and keep orders from getting stuck. You’ll work with finance and logistics to make sure details are right and customers know what’s going on.

• Sell health products to new and existing customers
• Provide information to members to help them select the most appropriate plan
• Handle inbound calls
• Make outbound calls

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Salesforce and CRM experience
• Meet/set daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality goals
• Pass the State Health License Exam
• Articulate details of all plans and guidelines
• Articulate and communicate well over the phone
• Strong punctuality, teamwork, and respect for co‑workers
