Sales Solutions Support Specialist

Location: Columbia, TN

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

We are looking for motivated individuals to keep things moving as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through each step of the coverage application process via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy to inquiries from members and partners
• Support multiple projects and priorities while meeting performance and quality goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of forms and application requirements
• Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions
• Be available for overtime during peak seasons as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (call center experience preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment
