QUICK USA in Buford, GA is seeking a Sales Representative to support the growth of its U.S. business. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated and persistent, with the ability to build strong relationships in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel within the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across purchasing, engineering, and other departments.
• Promote company products and services to existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, blueprints, and sourcing or manufacturing methods.
• Follow up on quotations and ongoing projects to secure new business.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service.
• Monitor backorders and shipping schedules to ensure customer due dates are met.
• Assist with order entries, cancellations, adjustments, changes, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Conduct customer meetings in person and via teleconferencing.
• Research market conditions and new business opportunities and share relevant information with management.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

[ Working Hours / Working style ]

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Full time, on site

Business travel required, approximately once per month on average. Most customers are located within Georgia, but occasional travel to Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, and other states may be required.
