Position Summary

The Sales Representative plays a vital role in communicating the value and benefits of the MDVIP program to prospective members through a personalized, consultative sales approach. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, structured environment and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales efforts focus on engaging patients of transitioning physicians through outbound calling campaigns—NOT cold calling—ensuring a receptive and informed audience. Comprehensive onboarding and training are provided to develop a deep understanding of MDVIP’s mission, program features, and operational procedures, enabling representatives to deliver consistent, high‑quality service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns to sell patients on the benefits of MDVIP membership to patients of MDVIP‑affiliated physician practices, discussing program components to highlight value.
  • Handle inbound call activity and accurately document Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Perform general research and problem resolution; escalating patient issues and concerns to management as necessary.
Key Competencies
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MDVIP policies, procedures, and offerings to ensure accurate, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and service‑oriented approach when handling all telephone, written, or digital inquiries.
  • Manage communication effectively with MDVIP‑affiliated physicians and their staff regarding membership‑related activities.
  • Show proven success in outbound calling campaigns, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, talk time, quality scores).
  • Display professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems; foreign language fluency considered a plus.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of experience and/or training in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, or business/administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree.
  • Previous experience in consultative or relationship‑based sales, preferably in a healthcare, membership, or service‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Compelling base salary complemented by performance‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Access to ongoing training and leadership development programs.
  • Positive, collaborative work environment recognized as a Great Place to Work.
