Job summary

Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to conduct in-person sales presentations in Angels Camp, California. You will generate sales using effective techniques and benefit from a competitive compensation structure including commissions and bonuses.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, a positive attitude in a high-energy environment, and must obtain a California real estate license within six months. The company offers medical, dental, vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in‑person sales presentations
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners
• Generate sales utilizing proper closing techniques
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials
• All clients are provided and prequalified by our award‑winning on‑site marketing team
• No cold calling or prospecting

Requirements

• 1–3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high‑energy environment
• CA real estate license or ability to obtain one in 6 months (we facilitate and subsidize this process)
• College degree is preferred (not required)

Compensation: During the initial training period the hourly wage is $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
