Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a motivated on-site sales professional in Angels Camp, CA to conduct 1v1 in-person presentations and build relationships with owners. You will work with an award-winning on-site marketing team to qualify clients and close deals.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in sales/marketing, ability to overcome objections, and a CA real estate license (or plan to obtain within 6 months; we support this). A college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a luxury sales cycle.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• CA real estate license or ability to obtain one in 6 months (we facilitate and subsidize this).
• College degree is preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Generate sales utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
• All clients are provided and prequalified by our award-winning on-site marketing team.

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
