Job summary

THE SCHOOL-HOURS SHIFT

We built this seat around the school day. Drop the kids off, work a focused shift from home, be free for pickup, practice, and dinner. Pick the block that fits your life:

• 9:00am - 2:00pm
• 11:00am - 2:00pm
• 11:00am - 4:00pm

Part time, real pay, and a schedule that does not make you choose between a paycheck and being there for what matters most. If you have been out of the workforce a few years and you are ready to get back in, we are genuinely interested.

The job

• Work company-generated leads by phone from home: call, qualify, build trust, set and close business
• Ask for the money. You collect deposits and hand clean deals to our field team
• Be an ambassador for us locally: networking groups, chamber and community events, referral partners, past customers
• Train in person at our Fresno office to start, and come in for ongoing coaching. You must be able to make time for that

Pay

Base plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Our best people stop thinking about the base.

What this job is NOT

• Not remote out-of-state. If you do not live in the Central Valley, do not apply
• Not a call center reading a script to strangers all day
• Not for someone who has never asked a customer for money
• Not nights and weekends. This is a daytime, school-hours seat

You are who we want if

• You live in Clovis, Fresno, or the surrounding Central Valley and have been here a while
• You have sold something real to consumers: roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, remodeling, water treatment, security, insurance, or high-ticket retail
• You are comfortable on the phone and comfortable in a room full of local business people
• You are coachable. We run a defined sales process and you will run it exactly as written
• Clear speaking voice, reliable internet, reliable transportation to our Fresno office
