Health Care Service Corp. in Richardson, TX seeks a sales operations learner responsible for prospecting, acquiring or renewing small group business within an assigned territory. You will generate reports, complete RFPs, and support clients and brokers to meet renewal and new sales goals.
Qualifications include a bachelor degree, ability to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days, and strong communication, presentation and analytical skills. Travel including overnight stays is required.
This position is responsible for learning Sales operations and accountable for the prospecting, acquiring or renewing small group business for an assigned territory. Responsibilities include generating reports, completing Request for Proposals and providing support to clients/brokers. Accountable for meeting renewal goals/new sales goals.

Base Pay Range $47,300.00 - $71,000.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
