Responsibilities include: working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience needed; training is provided.

Compensation: Reps are paid $22.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Experience & Skills: Past experience isn't required. Success in this role builds valuable skills like sales, networking, and communication, applicable in many fields. Long-term reps can advance into management and sales careers.

Work Schedule & Environment: Reps can create flexible schedules, working as much or as little as they like, including around other commitments. Most meetings and training are conducted in the office, but after training, work is primarily from home and locally.
