About the Position

Responsibilities include: working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, but performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed as training is provided.

Compensation: Reps are paid $27.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps create schedules that suit their needs, working as much or as little as they choose, including around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home after training.
