Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Reps receive a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income is available even during slow weeks.

Training and Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any career. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally. Meetings and training are primarily held in the office.
