Job Description

• Maintain proper days of supply (SKUs), achieve price parity with competitive packages and ensure a fair share of displays.
• Maintain effective relations with customers by serving as the primary point of contact and building good rapport.
• Supply accounts with product by personally calling on accounts on a set schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of orders by maintaining an up-to-date route book.
• Maintain sales, distribution, space allocation, placements, displays, proper pricing, introduction of new items, and point of sale materials.
• Obtain and use current POS materials from the designated POS area.
• Uphold laws regarding ABC regulations.
• Ensure fresh product by proper rotation in accounts.
• Remain up-to-date on competitor pricing and trends.
• Investigate and resolve all customer complaints and problems.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance in accordance with Company policy.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by Company policy.
• Communicate and coordinate with supervisor and driver.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record.
• ABC permit or eligibility.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 160 pounds.
