As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve your sales targets in a rewarding environment.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, explain insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
  3. Sales Presentation: Deliver tailored presentations highlighting product benefits, addressing client concerns.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare reports for management.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory standards, protect client confidentiality, and uphold ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within territory; flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we assist with licensing).
